Staying in control in uncontrollable circumstances.

It's been a few weeks since the beginning of the COVID-19 chaos. Nothing else needs to be said because we are all aware of what I mean.
In the brief moments I do make the decision to glance at Facebook, I've noticed a few things. There are the folks who lose control: of their spending, of their emotions, of their filter on what they say...
Then there are the folks keeping their cool: doing puzzles at home, cooking healthy meals, teaching their kids (or dogs) new tricks.
You could be somewhere in between - like me. I wonder how many of us there are. Waking up, realizing I'm working from home, being super excited as I make my coffee and get ready to sit down and then it hits me... I'm stuck here!
*But wait, stay sane, don't panic: it's not healthy. Make a good breakfast, drink that coffee, and keep focused on work. Not the dishes, not the dusty surfaces... WORK!
Okay... it's beautiful outside, take a walk. Stretch. Get fresh air.
These are all things I do on a normal day/week... but it's NOT a normal day and I can't tell why I'm so wrapped up in my own head.*
Oh yes. Loneliness. That's what this is.

We all have it
Some days are harder than others to snap out of it
Loving each other helps
